We worked with UpliftLegalFunding.com, a company offering lawsuit loans to plaintiffs across America, on its first link-building PR campaign earlier this year.
The beauty of a client like this is that there is always a wealth of internal data available for us to sift through and find a creative, and editorially interesting, story angle. Often clients don’t realise what they’ve got to work with right under their nose!
What we did:
We got stuck into UpliftLegalFunding.com’s wealth of internal data around personal injury claims to find which Americans are most likely to have accidents based on their names.
The research also revealed that women were 37% more likely to fall over than men, and men were 23% more likely to have an accident in the home. Additionally, the average personal injury claim in the United States is $40,789, with accidents occurring in a workplace offering the biggest payouts.
Using all the information we had available we created a list of the clumsiest names for men and women across America, with Kyle & Hailey being most likely to end up in the ER.
We included this list, alongside other relevant information into a press release & blog to force the link.
- Coverage in titles – including MSN, Yahoo, People and Today
- 87 links from 85 pieces of coverage
- Coverage linking from high Domain Authority sites – including MSN (95), People (92) and Today (92)
- Average DA: 80
