One of our recent successful campaigns is with the dog-friendly accommodation provider, DogFriendlyCottages.co.uk. Our link-building campaign delivered some furr-tastic PR agency results.
What we did
We worked with DogFriendlyCottages.co.uk on its first link-building PR campaign, which turned out to be great success!
We wanted to engage the accommodation provider’s target audience with a piece that would be insightful while highlighting what our client offers – dog-friendly accommodation. Not only that, the brief was for it to be a PR link-building campaign to help build links to our client’s site from media sites with a high Domain Authority.
In one of our creative ideas sessions, we came up with a variety of ideas around everyone’s favourite four-legged friend. With a few dog owners in the team, we know a lot of people enjoy looking at dog photos, learning random facts and trying to convince their partners they should finally get that long-awaited companion!
We thought a great idea would be for DogFriendlyCottages.co.uk would be to conduct some research that would find out what the most popular dog breeds in the UK are, giving insight into Brits’ favourite pooches. The findings would allow pet owners to see if their dog was ‘top of the pups’ or a unique breed, whilst providing insight for future owners.
We packaged the story up with the headline findings and the top 10 dog breeds listed and issued this out to our media contacts.
